3.Complete the "Why I WANT/ LOVE to Be A (Teacher/ Administrator)" form or can be a separate paper.  Mail, fax or email to contact listed below. .
 
Your file will not be complete without all of the 3 items listed above.
 
Screening of candidates and on-site personal interviews if selected will follow.
