Timi Maddux

Welcome

Hello! My name is Timi Maddux. I am a native of Washington Court House, Ohio. I went to The University of Cincinnati, receiving my bachelor's degree in special education. I received my initial master's degree from Wright State University in teacher leadership. I also earned a master's degree in mathematics education grades 4-9 from Western Governors University.

I have over 25 years experience. I teach 7th grade mathematics. The best part of being a math teacher is seeing the kids connect the isolated skills they have learned into the big picture that is the beauty of mathematics.
I am an avid reader of all genres, and enjoy incorporating what I am learning into my lessons.
"A mathematician, like a painter or poet, is a maker of patterns. If his patterns are more permanent       than theirs, it is because they are made with ideas." G.H. Hardy from A Mathematician's Lament

If you ever have an issue that needs brought to my attention, feel free to email me at [email protected] or call the main office 740-335-0921 at extension 3209. Thanks!
